Shows currently being produced at Universal Studios Hollywood are:
THE BLUES BROTHERS
The Blues Brothers Show is a soulful journey back to the streets of Chicago. Featuring classic R&B songs performed by Jake and Elwood Blues, Curtis, and Wanda, this show has guests dancing in the streets as they enjoy the hits from the movie. Universal casts for the following roles:
The lead singer of the Blues Brothers, who is on a mission to get the band back together after a recent stay in an Illinois prison.
Jake’s “matter-of-fact” brother. He brings an off-beat and spontaneously stiff energy to the band.
The jilted waitress, she is bossy, loud and wants no part of the new Blues Brothers band.
Wanda’s new boyfriend and a former band member of the Blues Brothers. He wants to rejoin the band, but he has to sweet talk Wanda into letting him.
All performers hired for the Blues Brothers Show will be covered under the terms and conditions of a collective bargaining agreement with the American Guild of Variety Artists.
The Special Effects Show is a cinematic adventure co-hosted by three exceptionally comedic and likeable hosts. Although the show is all about filmmaking, it is also a dynamic and educational theatrical experience. The show pits old school special effects against today’s digital techniques and effectively demystifies the process so that it is understandable to all.

“Universal Studios Hollywood is a such a professional company, so they understand professional performers. Sometimes we will get offers to perform on a tour or a location far away, but they make you feel welcome when you come back. In fact, they are happy with you if you receive a big opportunity -Their seasonal contracts are the best!”
