Universal Studios Hollywood has an executive chef?

Meet ERIC A. KOPELOW CEC, award-winning chef, graduate and Hall of Fame member of the Culinary Institute of America in N.Y. Having trained all over the world, Chef Eric puts his expert stamp of approval on the food served inside the park's 40,000 square foot kitchen, guaranteeing its freshness and flavor-and most of all, ensuring your dining experience is as impressive as any of the Park's special effects!

Universal Studios Hollywood provides healthy and delicious dining options for you and your family.

Most of our park food locations now cook with trans-fat-free oil and at all of our units, side options for adults and children include healthy choices.

Throughout our park, Kids Meals come with a kids beverage or bottled water and a choice of fruit or trans-fat-free fries. Adults can select from either a side salad or trans-fat-free fries. When you arrive, please see park map guides and inquire at restaurants for more information.


Restaurants inside Universal Studios Hollywood:

Louie's Pizza & Pasta - Known for their authentic Italian cuisine and recipes passed down from the Coppelo family of Italy.
  • Try their famous 20" pizzas loaded with homemade sauce and four different gooey cheeses.
  • Or, Louie's tempting Lasagne — an old family recipe.
Mel's Diner - A time capsule of the days of the drive-up burger joint!
  • Mel's features an Angus Steak Burger with an original secret sauce from the 1950's.
  • The Grilled Chicken Sandwich, another Mel's staple, is marinated in 12 different spices, placed on a toasted potato bun with all the fixin's.
  • Indoor seating is also available.
Hollywood Grill - A few of the most gorgeous grilled items this side of Hollywood.
  • The Filet Mignon Sandwich, a blockbuster of perfectly cooked filet mignon, served on a ciabiatta bun.
  • The Funnel Cake Supreme, smothered with strawberries and whipped cream, is pure decadence and worth the wait!
  • Hollywood Grill serves breakfast until 11:00 a.m.
Doc Brown's Chicken - The best fried chicken, not just in Hill Valley, but the San Fernando Valley, as well.
  • Doc's chicken has a blend of seasonings and spices that's more than finger lickin' good - it's great. All chicken comes with old-fashioned mashed potatoes and homemade gravy.
Panda Express - The largest Asian food chain with far-out flavors from the Far East.
  • Their signature Orange Chicken with zesty Asian sauce is a hands-down favorite.
  • Fresh sushi rolls are made every morning, including California Rolls and the pot of gold at the end of the menu-the Rainbow Roll.
Jurassic Café - A café for people with Jurassic appetites, served where the dinosaurs roam.
  • The Oven-Roasted Half Chicken, marinated to perfection in rosemary and virgin olive oil, is served side-by-side with a stack of seasoned fries.
  • The extra chunky Clam Chowder, served in a La Brea Bakery sourdough bowl, is a recipe that's been served to presidents and stars from around the country!
Hollywood Cantina - This south-of-the-border spot spices up Hollywood with a little taste of Mexico.
  • Served with their famous beans and rice, the El Pollo Loco Marinated Chicken is flame-broiled perfection.
  • A rolled-to-order Burrito Grande is loaded with the things you love: traditional carne asada or marinated chicken, beans and rice. Top it with the special sauce and it screams "Olé!"
Flintstone's Bar-B-Q - Great for a snack on the run with Fred and Barney.
  • Half of a chicken, marinated in 13 herbs and spices and then slow roasted over our outdoor BBQ and finished with a brown Sugar BBQ sauce
  • Tender smoked Brisket served on our freshly baked Ciabatta roll and topped with our homemade spicy BBQ sauce
  • Our famous half-pound Sirloin Cheese Burger served with all your favorite toppings, ranch-style Cole slaw and our homemade potato chips
Cyber Grill - Those who leave say, "I'll be back" for more burgers!
  • Their flame-broiled Angus Burgers, topped with Applewood smoked bacon, are the Studios' favorite, served underneath a mound of fries.
  • The Popcorn Shrimp basket, served with a spicy cocktail sauce and fries, is also worth coming back for.
Dodger Dogs - From their park to ours.
  • The world famous hot dog of Dodger Stadium always hits a home run with our visitors.
