LINE COOK

Do you have a background in professional cooking? If you answered yes, read-on! The Theme park cook position is responsible for food production, preparation, station setup, adherence to recipes, sanitation and ensuring a positive guest experience. Must have some prior work experience as a Cook, or enrollment in a Culinary program. Must be fully available to work any day of the week, mornings, afternoons, evenings and holidays. BAKER

Responsible for baking and pastry preparation for the Theme Park and Catering events with strict adherence to established receipts, sanitation and health codes. For more details, and to review the requirements for this job, please click on "Apply".

PREP COOK – PRODUCTION KITCHEN

Prepare and cook product using all methods of cooking including but not limited to; roasting, baking, sautéing, steaming, using established recipes, portions and methods prescribed by the Company. HORTICULTURIST/ ARBORIST

The Landscaper/Horticulturist is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection and/or repair of the grounds of property owned and operated by Universal Studios Hollywood and throughout the park and other duties assigned within the Landscaping department. Arborists will be classified as a Horticulturist and have the following requirements: Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of tree maintenance and arbor culture; thorough knowledge of pesticides and their application; thorough knowledge of the safety precautions of the trade; skill in the use of equipment of the trade including power and hand tools; ability to climb trees and tie knots; ability to identify tree species, flowers, common insects and diseases; ability to plan, layout and supervise the work of others; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position

CATERING – BACK OF HOUSE

The Catering - Back of House position supports the Special Events and Convention Sales department for set-up and tear-down of various events (Receptions, Buffets, Plated Dinners, Bars) held at Universal Studios Hollywood.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – HYPHENATE

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, installation, inspection and/or repair of buildings, structures and grounds owned and operated by Universal Studios Hollywood and throughout the park and other duties assigned within the Maintenance department. Hyphenate description: The position is primarily (approximately 85-90%) Maintenance Technician and secondary (approximately 10-15%) Driver.

ANIMATIONS TECHNICIAN

The Animations Technician supports the daily operations of the department by safely operating, maintaining, and inspecting the ride systems employed in the theme park, as well as all of the show quality elements such as show characters, show effects, ride vehicles, and other duties assigned within the Technical Services Department.

The Landscaper/Horticulturist is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection and/or repair of the grounds of property owned and operated by Universal Studios Hollywood and throughout the park and other duties assigned within the Landscaping department. NOTE: Hyphenate description: The position is primarily (approximately 85-90%) Landscaper/Horticulturist and secondary (approximately 10-15%) Driver.

CONTROLS TECHNICIAN

Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs complex electro-mechanical equipment, programmable logic controllers and machinery.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – CITYWALK

Responsible for the general maintenance, installations, alterations and repair of all CityWalk’s fixed assets including all, utilities, electrical systems, electronic control systems, company owned equipment, and fixtures.

PAINTER/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- CityWalk

Responsible for all aspects of paint, finish, maintenance, inspection, and/or repair of the buildings and structures owned and operated by Universal CityWalk and other duties assigned within the department.
