Do you have a background in professional cooking? If you answered yes, read-on! The Theme park cook position is responsible for food production, preparation, station setup, adherence to recipes, sanitation and ensuring a positive guest experience. Must have some prior work experience as a Cook, or enrollment in a Culinary program. Must be fully available to work any day of the week, mornings, afternoons, evenings and very late nights until 4:00 AM in the morning for Halloween Horror Nights 2015. The Sound & Video Technician supports the daily operations of the department by safely operating, maintaining, and inspecting sound & video systems within rides and attractions employed in the theme park, as well as all of the show quality elements such as show characters, show effects, and other duties assigned within the Technical Services Department.
The Animations Technician supports the daily operations of the department by safely operating, maintaining, and inspecting the ride systems employed in the theme park, as well as all of the show quality elements such as show characters, show effects, ride vehicles, and other duties assigned within the Technical Services Department.
Maintain overall cleanliness of park grounds. Responsible for using a pressurized water hose to hose down assigned areas through out the park, which includes park grounds, trashcans, liners, umbrellas, awnings, bleachers, and mats.
The HVAC Technician is responsible for all maintenance, inspection and/or repair of the heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration systems in all facilities owned or operated Universal Studios Hollywood, along with other duties as assigned
The Landscaper/Horticulturist is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection and/or repair of the grounds of property owned and operated by Universal Studios Hollywood and throughout the park and other duties assigned within the Landscaping department.
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs complex electro-mechanical equipment, programmable logic controllers and machinery.
Set up and maintain the front service line in our fast food restaurants. Assist guests with their orders. Package and serve all food items as requested. Prepare a variety of customer beverages adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Previous experience in Barista, Quick Serve Restaurant, or Bartender positions preferred. Responsible for all aspects of paint, finish, maintenance, inspection, and/or repair of the buildings and structures owned and operated by Universal CityWalk and other duties assigned within the department.
