If you are inquiring about general park information or require immediate assistance, please call our toll free hotline at 1-800-UNIVERSAL during normal business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm (PST) daily to speak with a staff member. Otherwise recorded information is available 24 hours a day at this number.
Our current response time can take anywhere from 2-3 business days depending on the nature of your concerns. Concerns that require an investigation from Universal management, may take additional time for a response.
