Surviving more mazes than ever this year is going to take some energy, and navigating through our diabolical scare zones on an empty stomach is a bad idea. Lucky for you, we have lots of fun and unique food items available exclusively during Halloween Horror Nights for you to feast on. Here’s just some of the sinister snacks we’ll have in the Park during this year’s event.
The Upside Down Burger – Available at the Starcourt Mall (Lower Lot)
The Upside Down Burger is a juicy beef patty, creamy cheddar cheese sauce, and a good dusting of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos with lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun. Served upside down, of course.
Slimer’s Dirty Water Dog – Available at the Halloween Horror Bites (Metro Set)
For guests so hungry they could devour an entire room-service cart full of food. This ¼ lb hot dog is dripping with green slime (relax, it’s just a cheese sauce) and topped with delicious roasted red peppers.
Killer Klowns Cocoon Doughnut– Available at the Killer Snacks Cart (Metro Set)
Don’t worry, there’s no human trapped in this sweet treat. The base is a yeast raised doughnut filled with delectable raspberry jam, topped with vanilla frosting and encased in a swathe of sweet pink cotton candy. Of course we had to stick a silly straw in it.
Mind Flayer’s Milkshake – Available at Scoops Ahoy! (Lower Lot at Studio Scoop)
Ahoy, guests! Who’s ready to set sail on an ocean of “flay”-vor? This black chocolate shake is very cold, just how he likes it. It’s drizzled with strawberry sauce, topped with chocolate whipped cream, crushed up Oreo cookies, and finished with a black waffle cone and black licorice “tendrils” shooting out in every direction. This dessert will get into your head and stay there for a while.
Zuul’s Countertop Egg Sandwich – Available at the Halloween Horror Bites (Metro Set)
This savory stack is something you’d expect to find at your favorite haunted diner. A warm fried egg, juicy turkey sausage, and cheddar cheese are sandwiched in a brioche bun with a chipotle aioli and caramelized onions. Every Gatekeeper needs a Keymaster, so of course it comes with a side of fries.
Eleven’s Waffle Sundae - Available at Scoops Ahoy! (Lower Lot at Studio Scoop)
A decadent dessert inspired by Hopper & Eleven’s favorite breakfast entrée, this sundae has a little bit of everything to satisfy even the sweetest sweet tooth. Vanilla ice cream coated in sticky strawberry syrup and topped with jelly beans, chocolate chips, and Reese’s Pieces. There’s three ways to eat this one: a spoon (amateur), scooping it into your face with one of the mini waffles provided (intermediate), or using your telekinetic powers (master).
These are just some of the wickedly delicious food options that will be available at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. Which one are you most excited to sink your teeth into?
